The bargains threads do need more love.

I think I'm going to buy another of the Suicide Squad Steelbooks,
because I'm going to gift and spread my madness for Steelbooks.

If only the film was better, I would feel better about my gift for
its recipient. Guess that's why you need to "squat" to take a
sh*t (pun intended or not). But hey, it's an Oscar award winning
film. True fact, not an alternative fact.

Most of the titles are Lionsgate related, which is fine as they have many titles to offer.
I was there today to pick up a pick up today order from last week so I just happened upon their sale.
I picked up Lone Survivor and (reluctantly) Suicide Squad Steelbook. It wasn't as hideous in person. ... and now WB will release the extended cut in UHD.

Don't know why this thread needed to be moved here. I never check this sub-forum so I'm glad it was originally posted in the UHD forum, otherwise I would never have known about it.

It is a bargains forum. We will be renaming this forum shortly to indicate it is not just for BD but rather also UHD.

I didn't know if I should post it here or in the UltraHD thread, being they are UltraHD. Wonder if it's a good idea to rename this section of the formum to "Blu-Ray and UltraHD Bargains"? It would confuse me less and help my speeling.

The first rule of Steebooks...oh nevermind. I love them. I like DigiBooks more however. It depends on if they go on sale the first week, if they sell out the first week (or day see Moana). I think Sing was an ok deal at $25 for the 4K Steelbook. You can pick up The Force Awakens pretty cheap on sale, I paid too much for it, but I figured it would sell out. I seem to get these wrong a lot. I missed Moana, I actually found it in Florida and had my Dad pick it up for me, else I would have had to drive about 2 hours. First world problems much?

I got in on this Bestbuy deal and ordered seven more UHD titles. The only issue is that Assassin's Creed is the Steelbook. And I hate steelbooks. Is there anywhere to purchase some UHD BD cases so I can trash the steelbook case?

You will want to handle them with kid gloves! Honestly I use the bags from Meritline for the ones that I open to keep them clean and dust free. See the Steelbook threads for the order number. I handle them by the edges only and usually with Kleenex so I don't get finger oils all over them. If possible I probably would have a pair of cotton gloves on-much like they do if you go to a framing store and they unroll the poster you brought in for framing.

You're kidding, right? The details you gave suggest this
is true. You don't even touch them?! Okay, okay, okay,
you got me. I fell for it. You're joking, yes?

They do sell the regular, non-Steelbook UHD version
    of Assassin's Creed.

Ha, ha. You'll throw out the Steelbook cases, and
Krawk will wear cotton gloves to pick them out of
    the trash. Too funny.

I didn't realize it was the steelbook until after I placed my order. And they were out of stock locally. Otherwise I would have price matched the normal version at the store.

But with the sale, while I was placing my order online, all the titles went out of stock at the two BestBuy stores I typically use for in store pickup. So it kept screwing up my checkout. And I had to change everything to shipping to finally get the order to go through.
