This came in today and I watched it tonight.
The disc is region free with DTS-HD Master audio.
Both PQ and AQ are absolutely superb.

I agree with you.
I'm living in Hungary and the Sony released here the same version.I bought SALVATION STEELBOOK edition today (with a hungarian back cover).
Here's some pics:
I love this STEELBOOK CASE.
The HD (1080p,AVC) transfer looks marvellous.I was very impressed.
The DTS MA track sounds bombastic.
You can choose between the cuts (extended,theatrcal) via seamless branching.
It contains a lot of extra materials and region free.
So It was a good deal.
I think Sony did a really good job with this release.
