Ordered from deepdiscount many times, never had a problem. It does, however, take longer for a shipment to arrive vs. Amazon since I believe deepdiscount uses media mail. I'm also closer to Amazon's shipping location, so there's that. Anyways, I give these guys high marks.

In my experience, they ship before the date given. I ordered The Matrix boxset on HD DVD from them during one of their 20% off sales. It was listed as back ordered when I placed my order and ended up shipping before their estimated date.

Even if it isn't in stock heck I think I will be buying some more later.

Amazon is going to have to increase the titles avaible or do a buy one get one free for me to not buy at deep discount.
