I have a crap load of divx movies... most are around 700 mb. is there anyway i can watch these movies in high def screen from my laptop???

Stream them to your ps3/x360 (which I guess you have if you've got the add-on).
I used to just divx files onto my ps3's hard drive & watch them from that. |

buy an external hard drive, copy them to that and plug it into your ps3/360 and play enjoy. i have thousands of these...
