LG 47'' 2ms 240hz VS Toshiba 52'' 6ms 120hz
I'm looking to pick up a new tv that is going to be used primarily for HD movies and ps3 gaming.
I've narrowed it down to:
LG 47LH55
-47''
-2ms
-240hz
Toshiba Regza 52XV645U
-52''
-6ms
-120hz
They are both available locally and for the same price.
Would there be a considerable difference in lag/blur between the two TVs?
Is it worth giving up the extra 5inches for the better/faster picture?
What would you recommend? -

How far away from the TV do you sit? Personally, I would go with the bigger screen and the Toshiba. 240hz, for me, is not worth the price difference vs 120hz.
Perhaps others can chime in that have experience with these paticular models. -

I'll be sitting about 11-12ft from the tv.
From what Ive read up, the difference between 120hz and 240hz i could live with, im more concerned with the 2ms vs 6ms response time. -

Go with the bigger screen. It's unlikely you'll ever perceive the 4ms difference unless you're playing Guitar Hero, and even then you can adjust the settings to compensate should it be a problem.
