I remain very skeptical of this idea. So you need multiple set-top boxes, each connected to a central NAS in order to take advantage of this, right? I think I'm good with my current setup, thanks. Just how much TV do you have to watch to need hexa-recording capability anyway?

Oh, and sorry to burst Pace's bubble, but 175Mbps isn't anything special. Modern wired networks are rated at 1Gbps and eSATA tops out a 3Gbps. I don't think their system will be able to stream HD content very well.
