Well, the good news is, if Sony releases a cheaper line of TV's, they should fail just BEFORE the warranty ends instead of just AFTER.

I still think Samsung has this tied up w/ the 5 series at Walmart. Personally, I think Samsung has the whole LCD/LED market tied up. Samsung and Panny on the plasma market.

Wow it took Soreny this long to get in entry level pricing on it's TVs that sometimes don't perform as well as other lower priced TVs?

I saw some cheap non-Bravia Sony LCD TVs at Walmart just this past week. $398 for 32" if I remember correctly... $100 less than the same sized Bravia model.
