My GF's dad refuses to get rid of his 25 year old receiver and speaker set. The amount of wires and connectors just to hook up a Blu-ray/HD DVD player to it is some Frankensteinish thing. He finally did buy a Projector....but I'm gonna try and sell him my 42" LCD in the next few months so they can watch TV during the day.

Hey now, some of the RocketFish stuff is made by big names, Monster for instance makes the cables. Oh, alright, I work for BBY so I have to *try* to defend us . Besides, after exchanging my RocketFish HDMI switcher, the second one has worked flawlessly for me, and the cables are reasonably priced (well...for me anyway).

This should really be interesting...we have some whoppers of some TVs come in for recycling. And one day I had to pull the hard drives out of a server that seriously must have been 15 years old or more. It took us an hour because we had to use pliers to get the screws out!

I had completely forgotten about PCs with Turbo buttons, though I owned several. Thanks for reminding me

Ah I miss the days of $5 and change Rocketfish HDMI cables. I gave them to friends as they were too stiff for my setup.
