Update.
The $1,700.98 never showed up on my bank account details as a purchase but my "Available Balance" did decrease that amount. Now my "Available Balance" has increased $1,700.98 and the purchase still has never showed up in my account summary.
So basically Buy.com has given me my money back until they can ship me a product! Good for them!
Apparently they pissed off a lot of people and they did what they did because of all the negative feedback they received.

I found two other sites that sell this TV and that have it in stock. Beach Audio and Savinglots. Apparently these stores are OK to buy from because the guys at the AVS forums use them.
Here are there reseller rating links:
http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Beach_Audio
http://www.resellerratings.com/store/SavingLots
Here are the links for the TV at their sites and how much it would cost me to get it from them:
http://www.beachaudio.com/product_in...37gp1u&src=sli
Base Price = $1,454.99
Shipping no steps = $125.00
Total = $1,579.99
Shipping steps = $200.00
Total = $1,654.99
There are about 8 steps that go down from my buildings entrance to the area where my door is, so I am not sure if I would need to pay the with or without steps shipping price. There is no railing, but they are wide stairs and there are no obstructions. They could set the box on the stairs and gently slide it down if they wanted to.
http://www.savinglots.com/lotprod.asp?item=LC37GP1U
Base Price = $1,459.95
Shipping = $99.50
3 Year Repair Master Warranty = $109.95
Total = $1,669.40
Should I cancel my order with Buy.com and order from one of these sites? What do you folks think?Last edited by MentokTheMindTaker; 03-16-2007 at 11:52 AM.

A. Sold on that particular TV or still open to other TV's?
B. Do you want only an LCD? rear Projection LCD for example wont do it?
From the Area code, it seems like Beach Audio is somewhere, here in LA"PeAcE is but a shadow of death, desperate to forget its painful past"

They called me and gave me a number to call to schedule the delivery time. It was after their operating hours today so I am going to call them tomorrow after 9AM. So I am hoping that I can see my HDTV tomorrow or on Thursday.

Fuck Seko! The soonest I could schedule a delivery is next Wednesday, March 28th. That is pretty unfucking-acceptable.
I find it hard to believe that they are so busy that I have to wait a week to get my HDTV delivered.
I might consider going to pick it up in person.
Also I told them to schedule the delivery for 9AM and she did. Then I asked her when they might show up and she said they could show up between 9AM and 1PM and that they would not call me to let me know when they will show up. Yeah. Fuck Seko.I love all High-Def media regardless of format.
