Onkyo TX-SR605 Firmware Update
Just putting a heads up out to owners of this model, Onkyo is saying it only affects some early units. They have a page up that you can go to where you enter in your serial number to see if it needs it:

Does anyonw know if the 605 in the stores are ok or do those need updates also? im looking into purchasing the 605 today through amazon.

I purchased mine through Amazon a while ago and checked when I first recieved it...it didn't need the update.
