Harmony 890 help

I have two questions:

1. How do you add an HDMI switch to an activity? I'm trying, but it's not adding it. I need it to switch between my TV, HD DVD, Blu-Ray, and Apple TV.

2. How do you set up the Apple TV? I'm confused...

I have a different harmony but if the software is the same you go to add an activity,then when it gets to the tv or projector you're using it'll ask you which imput you use and give you a choice and one choice will be "imput missing" .
Tick that off and the next section will ask you if your tv remote has a button for each imput or whatever.
Pick the option you have and then move on and you should be able to add another hdmi option.
I was able to add hdmi 2 to my projector setting.
