The Flea3 is the World's Smallest 4K Camera
At $945 it's fairly inexpensive, but it only really functions as a webcam.

Why would anybody want this as a webcam? Would they even have the bandwidth to transmit the video? The only thing I can see it being useful is video conferencing over an internal network or one hell of a FAT pipe.
