Default 800 Square Foot Apartment Sports Three Big-Screen TVs and a 106" Projector Screen

Sure it's overkill, but you've got to admit, this is pretty cool.

The guy lives in an 800 sq ft apartment haha; NYC or not. He decided to gadgetize his small space. Seems fair

My last HOUSE was 731 Square Feet. Had two really good sized bedrooms (bigger than most larger houses), one bath, a large kitchen and a decent-sized living room. I had home theaters in two of the rooms, and was debating on turning the spare bedroom into a library. So the concept of all of this in 800 square feet doesn't surprise me at all.

Around here, your average apartment is 450-650 square feet. I would call an 800 square foot apartment a LARGE apartment.

Those numbers seem awfully small... but in the heart of NYC, I'm sure 800 sq ft apartment is huge (and massively expensive)... and the way I read the article, it get the feeling it's a secondary 'home'... I doubt the dude 'lives' there.
