Speaker placement help and sub question...
First my setup:
Fronts: Swan 2.1
Center: Swan C3
Surrounds: Mirage OS-3 SATs
Subwoofer: PB12-NSD
1) So take a look a the photo. First my subwoofer will be in the back of the room firing toward the front of the room. What phase should I set it to?
2). Is there anything I can place directly behind the sub to prevent some of the sound from transmitting to that wall? Is there anything I could put on the opposing wall.
3). The surround left will be mounted on the sidewall pointing towards the couch. Im at a lose as to how to mount surround right. I could do speaker stands but Id prefer not to. Could i ceiling mount this speaker? Or would it be fine if I just placed it on an end table?? Im leaning towards the end table but would mount for a better result. Its impossible for me to go through the ceiling.
Thanks for your help.
