The massive size and 8K resolution earn Panasonic some serious bragging rights.
And look, I know that there's no content available that would take advantage of a set like this. I still want it.

Aside from the fact there's nothing available to take advantage of the 8k resolution, I'd rather take a few zeros off the price tag and just buy a projector.
