Hopefully tonight! 2 coats of paint with 4 hours between each coat. Piece of cake!

Got the paint set up and painted over the weekend. 3 coats. Here's the pics:

Screen all set up for painting. So ghetto. Had no other option unfortunately:

The girl at the paint store was like "you're putting THIS on a projection screen? Its like pink?" Indeed it was:

Fortunately, I was adding the aluminum "fine" auto paint to the mix; the other half of the Black Widow formula:

All mixed together, ghetto style. Lost my mixer attachment for the cordless in the move. Its gotta be somewhere, but time was not on my side:

All painted, 3 coats! Looks the same, no?:

Took a pic half-way through to just how dark the N7 grey really is:

    Thanks dude!

Getting the borders wrapped. Felt or velvet works, velvet works best:

Its not pretty on the underside....but then again, it doesn't have to be!

All wrapped and border attached. Just need to add the french cleat and then hang!

Slowly. So much to do its mind boggling. Last weekend, instead of working on the screen, I was installing new sound-proof solid doors, doubling the drywall in a room (green-glue method), and repairing a shelving unit. That shit right there is NOT condusive to me getting the home theater done, LOL.

Perfect. I'll clean out your attics if you guys move a wall to enlarge my theater at the expense of some office space, and maybe build me some nice theater seats

Yes. 2 cold beers during work, and a case of beer afterward (beer is limited during work because I prefer straight and level walls)
