Misleading title for that article, it did not 'decide' anything. War goes on.

Uh, what are you talking about? He nailed it correctly, it was a "Decisive Weekly Win"...

BD will most likely give it all back (and more) after this week's sales.

the title reads "
Disc Sales: 'Pirates' Leads Blu-ray to Decisive Weekly Win Over HD DV"

which part of this states anything was decided??? it is an accurate summary of last week's sales numbers...

how do HD DVD boys continue to twist straight forward, simple facts????

"1. indisputable; definite: a decisive defeat.
2. unsurpassable; commanding: a decisive lead in the voting. "

Are you trying to argue that Blu-Ray didn't win this week by a clear margin? If not, then it's a decisive win, and your vocabulary sucks.

If the title was 'Pirates leads Blu-ray to Weekly Win over HD DVD in a Decisive Manner' that would be fine. The implication in the title as it stands is that -this- weekly win is somehow decisive in some larger endevour, i.e. the format war.

No surprise here, POTC 3 is a huge exclusive and everyone expected it to sell well. Now everyone looks forward to next week...

The sales decided the results for the week, no one is going to claim that some clever sale influenced the results in such away that the week could have been one by HD DVD if walmart was counted.

You are just plain wrong, it says "decisive weekly win" the weekly win was decisive. Noone is reading it any other way, don't worry HDDVD will live on without you clarifying headlines for everyone.

More important that HDM sales figure, who would win in a fight... Sparrow or Bourn? My money is on Bourn!

Bourne would kick Sparrow's ass. But Sparrow would be a better drinking buddy.

3:1 is a decisive lead this week & I say that as someone who currently only owns HD DVDs.

Bourne's outclassed in a fight; he lacks a crab godess on his side & friends to rescue him from death
