I think this would be great if true, but I REALLY REALLY doubt it. I'm sure if Sony wants the Blu-ray to win bad enough they can do this, Panasonic also believes the format war will be over by new years eve.... This would be a definite buzz for Blu-ray, and HD DVD would be OVER.

Well of course it would be the 16th, the day Transformers release. They don't want HD DVD to get a week win.
