Or maybe it'll be a twist and it was the vacation murderers from a few episodes ago? As this is greatly outside of Trinity's MO, though he may change things up I suppose if he felt desperate

Ending shocked me to. Didn't figure he would have a family. Trinity did mention he just lost his job (who knows if its true or not). Maybe he traveled a lot and did his "ritual" when he was away for work. Just guessing.

I think Trinity works like Dexter, in the sense, they'll "work late" but we know thats not the case.

In the end, it'll be, who's the better serial killer? Dexter or Trinity?

Obviously its Dexter

Well that doesn't quite work with Trinity, as he's known for doing the same three kills in various cities all over the country. There has to be more to it for him.

Good point, how does we move his family all around the country so many times just to do kills in various places over n over? I mean the only thing i could guess is they either move with him, or he finds a single mother with 2 kids already to date while picking a city they live in to kill at i guess? maybe?

i'm thinking he just says he has a "job" where he travels all over, all the kills happen within 5 days of each other so he could just say he'll be gone for a week on business, kill the three people and come back

Man I'm loving this season. I'm thinking by the end of the season Rita will find out who/what Dexter is.

I think Dexter is the best show on TV, but I think that it has to be one of those shows with a definite end point that will bring the story to an overall close. Whether that means we see Dexter walking down death row or whatever happens, the show needs a foreseeable stopping point that the writers should work towards.

yeah it's definitely my favorite that's on TV now. i agree that they need a focused ending, whether it be dex getting caught, going to prison etc. or something else, it needs to have a definitive ending.

same thing with Lost, enough with the time travel already

maybe it'll have dexter finally losing his "dark passenger". I mean it seems to be leaning that way with him now caring more about his family/kids than himself at this point (where he told the lady cop he'd rather them know about his actions then ever have harm come to them)

Another good episode this week. Nothing great but seems like a lot of set up for down the road. Was funny to see Dexter actually try to learn from Trinity to be serial killer/good husband. Looks like Debra might find about Dexter's mom at some point to.

I actually think the series will end with Dexter being a free man, I just don't see them ruining the show with a prison ending.

I don't think Rita will find out this season, something makes me feel like Deb will definitely find out though. Rita is not the type that would keep a secret when she's already having enough marriage problems as is. Deb on the other hand definitely cares so much for her brother, that it may leave her with the ultimate decision of living with it or doing something about it.
