Color Banding Anyone?

On the Xbox 360 HD DVD player, I notice some color banding during some dark scenes on the Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire HD DVD movie. Is this a problem with this particular disc or is it the player? All other HD DVD movies I played never got this problem so it can't be the TV right?
