hd dvd

I'm still using mine. Although, the last time I watched an HD DVD movie on it was two or three months ago. I think it was Children Of Men.

Sold mine a long time ago used the $100.00 toward an A1 or A3 can't remember now. I had a really noisy 360 and could not watch any movies on it.

I forgot about those damn things. I have one in my computer room on top of the 360 I use in there but haven't touched the HD DVD drive in a long time. I have two or three more in closets or in storage somewhere.
Are they even worth anything anymore?

As rare as it is, yes, that happens to me. HD-A35. Very rare as I said and never goes for 10 seconds. maybe 3-4 seconds is more like it.

I just bought one a couple of weeks ago. A refurb'd unit from Buy.com, shipped, for less than $25. Couldn't pass it up at that price.

I also used the drive to read DVD-ROMs and what not. However now I have an HD-DVD/BD-ROM combo drive in my PC, so now the add on just sits in my basement.

I kinda wished I sitll used it for my 360, because I actually do need to extra USB ports for my Live Vision Camera, but I never used it on my 360 anyway. It's also hooked up to my PC now, where it is never used. At least I still use the remote that came witht he add on drive!
i use mine all the time to watch hd dvds.

Does your add on 'freeze' like the stand alone units sometimes do when playing HD DVD's?
