Default eBay seller Buy believes HD DVD prices have rebounded

I can only wish the company luck. The single disc titles are mostly only worth $3 based on everything I have seen.

I purchased an item from this seller some time ago and if I recall correctly, it is Buy.com but my memory could be faulty.

It only takes a few idiots to buy them and they make a nice chunk of profit.

I don't think he will sell to many at those prices.

It isn't a he, it is the large internet seller, Buy.com. I just checked and from the Buy.com site:

From eBay seller Buy:

But you are right, the company won't sell many at those prices, to be exact I would think the number is zero today.

I just bought Grand Prix from Amazon for around $7. They just probably wanted to test it to see if any would bite. After the day or two is up, they will probably try another round lower until they finally decide to let people bid (OBO) and see what they can get then. But If someone is going to buy them, who hasn't heard of amazon?

That store has nearly one million items for sale. Even if it were to let everything go at 1$ (each), they'll still make a killing, which is what they're trying to do with their boated prices. What's even sadder, you will get a few that will buy them at that price, because they don't know any better.

You believe that Buy.com can make a killing by selling HD DVD's at $1 each?
