What about "All Day Everyday"?

It's another snowboarding doc, and is listed on amazon.com as an HD-DVD.

I'm pretty sure that one's a DVD, too, because of the Sept. '08 release date. It says "an HD snowboard film" on the front case (it was filmed in HD), so they probably added "HD" with "DVD" to get HD DVD, as has been done many times before with other titles. The confusion factor was a disadvantage to the HD DVD name in my opinion. Thanks for pointing that one out, I never saw it before.

I decided to leave it out because I was told it was never released by someone who called Exquisite Multimedia (the studio) and was told the same. If its existance can be verified then I'll add it back in.

I was wondering when someone would notice. Also, I'm going to remove Corruption because apparently it was never released either (according to Dr. Crawn at AVS).

I added the demo discs that I know about at the end of the list. Since they are basically samples of stuff that's on other discs (one exception being a scene from 'Hairspray' on the 2008 DTS demo disc), I'm not including them in the total count of unique titles. A few other demo discs, like the South Park Good Times and CSI: NY episodes, are unique, full programs, so I put them in with the regular list.

Yes, that is correct. I just used the French release date because it came out first, but I'll note that it's not English friendly. Thanks for pointing that out.

I can confirm that it is indeed a HD-DVD as I received it this morning and just tried it in all my players.
In my LG-bh200 it was recognized as a HD-DVD, Toshiba A30 loaded fine.
PS3 did not recognize the disc.
It has no English audio or subs. (like that matters to anyone)

The only weird thing is that it was shrinkwrapped new in a Blu-ray case.

This is kind of a gray area, so if there any others that I missed, or something on the list that shouldn't be there, let me know. I count 43 "unique" duplicates, lol (titles not in bold below)
