Default 'Complete Matrix Trilogy' - High-Def Digest Review

Just posted Peter's review of 'The Complete Matrix Trilogy.' A slimmed-down version of the concurrently-released 'Ultimate Matrix Collection,' this edition includes the same five star audio and video for the three films themselves (but none of the 35 hours+ worth of extras).

WOW!!! Obviously sounds very strong. I'm sure this will really get the juices flowing for probably just about every single person on this forum. While I'm not some real diehard Matrix fanatic, I'm still very excited to check out the IT HD release of the year so far. should be fun.

I like the subliminal "Buy" instead of "By" beginning the last sentence of the first paragraph.

Hilarious.

And are these discs going to be unavailable for rental? Because Netflix has no dates for it, and the only option is to save it for later.

Default The Better Chioce -- For Me.

Paid 69.95, and paid $1.50 for a used copy of Animatrix, which was the deciding factor as to which set I was going to buy. If I can't get Animatrix in HD, I don't see a reason to go for the other set, as I don't have the 35 hours to spare on all those extras (a lot of which are SD anyway).

Default Best Buy deal

At best buy this week, they are offering 2 free HD-DVDs if you buy the matrix along with an HD-a2 player which is now 299.

My advice would be to get this Complete Matrix Trilogy. Yes, this has extras also. I bought it.
