HD Net hd-dvds?

Has anyone ordered any of the Hd-DVDs off of HDNet? I see them, and am interested in a few of them (Get Out 1&2, Bikini Destinations Mexico & Hawaii), but I'm wondering how they actually are. Is it true that they are just dvd-rs burned in HD-DVD format? Are they worth the $6? How much do they run shipping for?

I have all of them. All were on pressed HD DVD except BD Lake Tahoe that one is HD files on a DVD-R shipping was Ok dont remember the exact $. None of them have UPC on the case

Haven't watched them yet. They are listed as 1080i. I purchased them in order to go for a complete collection.

I own two. The quality is like OTA HD. I own Best of Get Out Vol.1 and Art Mann Presents: Crazyness in Austin.

It's definitely not impress your friends or reference material. Also, my Art Mann disc is censored!

Can you check to see if your Art Mann disc is encoded on a DVD-R?

I don't have OTA HD, since I live in an area that most antenaas don't like, but I"m still curious about these. Were there any reviews with screenshots any place? I'm still tempted to get the 2 Bikini Destinations and the other 2 Get Outs, but I dunno...

I think they look better than the OTA broadcasts actually (as they should). For $5.95 they're a great deal in my opinion. Shipping was reasonable, around 7-8 bucks for six that I ordered.

Best of Get Out! has some hot chicks in bikinis without being the obvious focus of the show, so your wife may let you live with that one.

All of them come in standard HD DVD red cases and are pressed on HD DVD media except Bikini Destinations Lake Tahoe. AFAIK, none of the Amazon titles are pressed on HD DVD media.
