5 Free Fiasco
Hey guys,
I bought an HD DVD player in February and sent in for the 5 free, it was sent in before the deadline and I never received them! I wonder what's up?! Any ideas on how to resolve it? cL

Call them, I sent mine in around November and they sent my form back saying I was missing something when I wasn't. I sent it back mid-march and got mine last week.
Google 5 Free HD DVD offer and find one of those forms. At the bottom there should be a number. They were real nice when I spoke with them. They can tell you when they sent it out if they did. Goodluck!

I sent mine in at the beginning of December, yet I only received mine at the end of march. Might just need to be patient, but I would call to verify that they have processed your form.

I filled out the form for 5 free on a refurbished HD-XA2 and it was denied with a letter indicating the UPC was not from a valid product. I had hoped it would slip through, but no luck. I guess the pink UPC with Refurbished B Stock was the giveaway.
