dvd.co.uk

Most of the same titles in the HMV sale are there for the same or cheaper and they only charge 1 pound per title for shipping to North America.

Yes and No. If the guy is looking for only Universal titles then dvd.co.uk would be better. However the HMV sale is muuuch better as it has most Universal titles as well as all Paramount titles (i think) and had all Warner titles except Beowulf at one point. Not to mention the others such as Planet Earth or Pan's Lambrinth

Yes.... but at $ 9 to $10 per title just for the shipping after exchange, it really doesn't make sense for North Americans. We already have much better deals on the Universals and others "locally" Great deals for those in the UK though!

dvd.co.uk just added The Host, La Haine and others to their 2 for 10 deals. I suspect that the rest of their titles will be coming down shortly.

Just have my eyes on..

It is the best I've seen on some titles.. for instance House of Wax and Wyatt Earp.

Is it that time of the month? I'm really sorry if it killed your fingers and eyes to scroll through 4 whole posts...just for you I'm going to figure out how to multiple quote. Yes being in the wrong forum is legitimate gripe. This is an international community. For the members that live in the UK it may be the mother of all sales. No wonder everyone hates americans we think everything should revolve around us. This happens everytime I post a bargain in the right forums a couple people will bitch and moan that its not good enough or not worth posting. I for one appreciate any leads on any sales. You might have to use some basic mathematics or spend a little bit of time but I usually can find a deal in there somewhere. I already have BSG but someone may be looking to find it for a good price. To give you an idea how UNimportant I am in real life...I have never even owned a cellphone.

This is indeed a great sale. I'm in the UK so can take advantage of HMV's free delivery and 10% Quidco cashback. It's a shame the shipping offer doesn't extend to other countries; or even that the shipping wasn't a bit cheaper for you in the US.

I hadn't noticed they had added some extra titles recently, so thank you!
