Trainspotting HD-DVD Notification from Amazon.co.uk
Hi All,
I just thought you'd be interested to know that I had signed up to Amazon to be notified when Trainspotting was available to order on HD-DVD. I thought this one was most likely canned, but I recieved this email THIS MORNING.... --------------- Availability Alert We're happy to inform you that the items you requested are now available to order from Amazon.co.uk. DVD - Trainspotting [Special Edition] [HD DVD] Availability: This title will be released on October 20, 2008. Pre-order now! --------------- I'm stil not going to hold my breath though, especially with an OCTOBER release date

Yep a few of us got that this morning. I've placed my pre order.
 . Also, bol.com still states that Charlie Wilson's War will be released in HD DVD on 6/19. Got my pre order with them as well.

Just had a e.mail from the UK website 'The Hut' to tell me that my order is being processed and when I checked my order it says being picked for dispatch? I know some websites are saying October now (which lets face it won't happen as it will be to late for HD DVD) but considering Channel4 films have released a titles over the last couple of months this could happen still...
Lets hope its not anothe Bee Movie!!
