I realize it's no 'Casino Royale,' but we had to post this one at some point -- Peter's review of 'Heart: Alive in Seattle' is up. As a fan of the band, Peter quite enjoyed the concert, and this disc (the first of its type from Image Entertainment back in December) boasts some fairly nice tech specs, earning 4.5 stars (out of 5) for video, and 3.5 stars for audio.

Yeah, I have a real soft spot for Heart,
I first saw them in concert in Berlin Germany back in the mid 70's. I thought WOW they could really rock and I went out and purchased their first album the next day. Those were the days when ABBA, Blue Oyster Cult, The Who and Uriah Heap were big bands and new bands like Kansas and Bockman Turner Overdrive had just formed. It was a great time for music. |

I own this title but I couldn't tell you if it's good or not because it won't playback on my Xbox 360. I saw a tip for how to get it to work but nothing I've tried works. I guess I should count myself lucky though, because I didn't have any problems playing Children of Men like other 360 owners have reported.
I'm also having problems with the Dolby True HD track on the new Nine Inch Nails disc. The Dolby Digital track is fine but the True HD track pops all the time. It would be nice if they fixed some of the bugs in their playback software for the spring update. It works pretty well but it's not without issues... -Steve |

Stevenic,
I somehow managed to get Heart: Alive in Seattle to play on my Xbox 360 add-on. The menu does not work at all....but I got the disc to play. Dave |
