Default 'Hustle & Flow' - pre-release buzz

Paramount Home Entertainment has announced that it will bring the multiple Oscar-nominated 'Hustle & Flow' to Blu-ray and HD DVD this summer.

The acclaimed urban drama, which features an Oscar-nominated performance by star Terrence Howard and the immortal Best Song winner "It's Hard Out Here for Pimp," will hit both next-gen formats simultaneously on June 26.

Same here. I was pleasantly surprised with H&F, and only because the initial marketing for it seemed to make it out as another one of those direct-to-video, low-budget "hip-hop" flicks. However, this film really gave Terrence Howard a chance to show off his chops and had a strangely inspiring message to it. A must-buy for me.
