Peter's review of 'The Architect' is up. Unfortunately, good intentions and a great cast apparently can't save this film from feeling like more than a shot-on-HD Afterschool School. On the semi-bright side, this HD DVD release offers very decent video transfer, and boasts a fairly impressive set of extras for an indie title of this caliber.

I watched THE ARCHITECT the one night it was on HD NET movies. It is awful. Peter is right, all of the sudden the film is over with and there is only and empty unsatisfaction with it.

It was an awful movie to watch. Any idea how the BD version got a better audio rating even though the HD DVD contains a TrueHD soundtrack? (granted the sound was as boring as the movie itself)

Yep, The Architect has TrueHD.
I found both tracks to be a wash anyways.
