Default The Ultimate Matrix Collection HD DVD See post 151 for detailed feature list.

I'm format neutral and I prefer to pick this up on Blu-Ray instead of HD-DVD but damn, I'm not waiting. If this is true, this is mine on May 22nd...which is quickly becoming the most expensive day in the history of home video....

I don't want the collection. I just want the movies. They better release them seperately

Finally an announcement (from the looks of it)! I will hungrily order the Ultimate collection for myself - I want all the movies and as many extras as I can get!!

I have a suspicion this is going to be HD DVD only from what I have heard around, so this will definitely be a coup! Excellent, excellent.

I doubt the discs will be sold seperately. They want to sell the crappy sequels, and they know people will buy it. haha. Then later release them separately.

Maybe that's what they meant when Warner Bros. said HD DVD owners should be pleased with upcoming announcements or something like that. I won't be picking this up, unless it gets great reviews, as I have never even seen the movies.

Price I'm not too worried about, any Matrix fan should be excited, and I assume the extras are in high def glory as well.

It might slow down Pirates sales as this is a higher priced collection, but then again. Many might not jump for joy. Still, a release is better than none.

Pirates comes way down the list after any of the Matrix movies for me. I know Pirates has a lot of fans, but it is simply not in the same category IMO.

Just when things looked gloomy over in Warner-land. This announcement sounds like the Warner of last year, saying: "Well, BD, you're not ready, so here we go."

This is a great day for HD. And there's plenty of lead time, to soak-up the press and toot all the horns.
