Paramount has announced another couple of catalog titles for HD DVD, 'The Untouchables' as well as 'The Warriors'

Yet another VC-1 vs MPEG2 release. Ill definitly take the VC-1 encode anyday of the week even with a BD50 which I am assuming it will be. Still boglles my mind that MPEG2 is yet still being used by these studios. Oh well, if anything it makes for yet another interesting comparison between transfers.

I agree. MPEG2 definitely needs to go.

Definite pickup for me...same director who made scarface and some say this movie is his best work...I absolutely love scarface but I can't say this movie is better.

Been holding off on buying the DVDs for these flicks for some reason, glad I did. There's some really good stuff coming out in the next few months!

I haven't bought anything recently because of Combo pricing, and the lack of what I want available in a walk-in RETAIL store.

The untouchables and the warriors are 2 I am REALLY interested in, and I'll just order it online if they force combo pricing on us.
