HD-DVD cases?

Does anyone know where you can buy HD-DVD cases?

I bought a bunch of HD-DVDs at hollywood video today and they came in standard dvd cases with just the hd dvd label.

I want them to fit in my HD-DVD rack so I need to buy the right size cases for them. thanks.

I always check to see if they can ship internationally and they do so no dramas. The amaray cases are thicker than those made by elite so if you make custom covers I think one should make a version with a wider spine.

Aren't these the same cases Universal uses for their releases in the US? They are slightly different than the cases Paramount and Warner use but not DVD thick.

For Canadians, HMV sales both HD-DVD and Blu-Ray cases.

Nope these are the thicker cases - DVD thick - made for sale in the European, UK, Australian markets. US has cases made by Elite.
