Since the Warner announcement I've tried to be optimistic but I knew it was the beginning of the end. It's a sad day indeed, I love my XA2. I'm keeping all my films and will continue to buy HD movies until I just can't find anymore that I want. I'm glad I decided to go purple since I began my HD journey. The transition is seamless for me. The better format lost today. RIP HD DVD.

I think its ok over here, people are still soaking the news in. I am format neutral, but going to the SD forums just boils my blood with the BLU-BOTS. I don't mean it for all Blu supporters, but there are the ones that over and over continue to harass. I would like to know how this continues.

    Sorry for ranting.

Seriously though, why do blu boys defend or sometimes praise the Blu ray disk as if its their own kid or a family member? I just dont get it! Ok now that HD DVD has completely lost, are they still gloating about HD DVD?

That's an easy one to answer. All this Blu-Ray fanboys are very evil twins of the SONY head. They defend it like their kid because every single disc is made out of their skin (that was the mainpurpose they were cloned from the SONY headmasters DNA) and every single laserunit is actually an eyeball

Well at least they may quit harrassing us to convert over to their format. I knew that once the HD DVD format was terminated that the war would be carried over to the SD DVD side. But there are a whole lot more members in the SD DVD format than the blu-boys will ever hope to achieve.

It was actually much worse the day after the Warner announcement. I think me and Blinx were the only 2 people that posted that entire day almost.
it was REALLY bad that day.
