Just got this info from my distributor. I knew there was a little confusion as to which studio would be putting this out. But its nice to see Paramount put up a 2-disc treatment for this.

This is Paramount in the US and Miramax in the UK/Europe I think. No Country for Old Men is another joint production with the reverse rights.

Seriously with releases like this I am in no hurry to go purple. HD DVD continues to put out the hits and my wallet continues to feel the effects!

Wow, hadn't read anything about this movie yet. I never go to theaters and just usually read up on a movie before it's released, but wow, just checked IMDB and it's #16 on the top 250 I don't think IMDBs ratings are always right, but they are usually close. To be in the top 250 is great, but #16, I'll definitely blind buy this one.

Great quality movie, and on HD DVD! Oh yeah, i like it! Blu-Ray can keep their X-men and Ghost Riders, I want great movies like this one!

That is what is great about creating customer cover art... We can put him on the back cover... Can we add "Academy Award Winner" somewhere on that with the same font?

I'm Neutral, so I'm for good movies (period). That said, "No Country For Old Men" was a great movie too.

I haven't seen "There Will Be Blood" but I will as soon as it is released.
