'The Amateurs' – High-Def Digest Review
Peter's review of 'The Amateurs' has been posted. He says the film is a surprisingly Capra-esque underdog comedy about small town losers getting together to make their own adult film. This HD DVD release sports some average audio and video tracks, but a nice assortment of extras, making this one worth a possible rental on a rainy Sunday.

Awesome movie, highly recommend! Kind of reminded me of The Big Lebowski, its even narrated like it!
Really great movie tho. Loved the Brad Garret cameo scene. Hilarious!!! PQ & AQ were alright, but I was so into the movie I didn't mind! -John

I got this one on Blu-Ray.
Great film! It is like the Big Lebowski meets Tucker. Where a small town man turned leader has a dream... a dream to band together and make an adult movie! funny thing is there is no nudity and as sweet as The Full Monty. Safe to watch with the family! and funny as hell. great cast!

Again, speaking up to say this is a very funny movie and is well worth the purchase. Considering I had ordered it at $23.95 (from Amazon), I'm ecstatic at the idea of getting it for $9.95. $14 savings pretty much covers the purchase of another movie
 (Might apply it to Bee Movie, though I'm really curious if Bee Movie will really be worth spending that much on...)

Just watched this last night, much better than I though considering I really didn't like "Big Labowski" much. And agreed, those mattress store chicks were smoking. I also really got a kick out of Ted Danson's character and when "Otis" calls him out
