Default 'Method Man: Live from the Sunset Strip' – High-Def Digest Review

Just posted Kenneth's review of 'Method Man: Live from the Sunset Strip.' He says this HD DVD release trounces the standard DVD version, but that its 1080i video transfer is problematic, with audio that leaves a lot to be desired. This can't compete with other high-def concert releases and will probably only satisfy the most ardent fans.

Not a MM fan. Nothing against him. Just not my style of music.

I'd rather wait for Vivaldi. Seriously, I love Vivaldi, so I'll wait for that, unless it's already out?

I take umbrage with your discussion of "black levels" on this particular title.

I've been following the WU since they came out (hence my user name), and am looking forward to checking this out. I wish they would also release the Rock the Bells concert out in Hi Def that was released on SD DVD.

As for not having any Tical 0 songs on there, you're not missing out much. That was arguably his weakest album, with the exception of the song "The Turn" which should have been on this set list.

Yea I'm on the fence about this also i saw a couple of clips on youtube and was kind of let down that all of WU didnt show up for the Wu tang songs on this concert. I was looking forward to that. On "Triumph" Only Meth and Rebel INS spit their respective verses and thats all... very dissapointing. If i find this for like 15 bucks or cheaper I'll pick it up. I wish Ghostface would put out a DVD.
