Default 'The Pianist' – High-Def Digest Review

Just posted Peter's review of 'The Pianist.' He says this HD DVD release is the best version of the film to hit video yet, boasting strong video and audio, plus a slim but insightful supplement package.

I was going to record this off UniversalHD until they started adding commercials. Great film.

Great film. Adding this to the top of my HD-DVD wantlist because of the great review it got. Amazon looks to be the best place to get it right now.

Anyone remember when Adrian Brody planted that kiss on unsuspecting Halle Berry when he won the Oscar? Classic moment!

Saw this in the theatre when it came out. One of the best films I've seen, but at times very difficult to watch.

*Sigh* Another exception to my 'I will not rebuy my SD DVDs'-rule... I'm addicted...

I'm glad the PQ/AQ is almost identical to the import version, as I don't want to double dip

Same here.

I'm fairly happy with my UK one and the last thing I wanted to do was sell it then buy the American one.
