Default A Scanner Darkly HD (Plus Others) Preorder on Future Shop.ca!!

http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...2127737&catid=

The link says it all, ladies and gents. A Scanner Darkly, availible on Pre order from Futureshop.ca. Estimated Release Date is listed as April 3rd. Intrestingly enough, no Blu-Ray version is listed on the site.

I know this is the main flick that people cite as being held back by Warner until Blu-Ray's functionality is worked out correctly... Has Warner decided to release it anyway? Here's hoping...

UPDATE: Futurshop's got some other weird preorders up on their site... For example: Matrix Revolutions for an April 10th release date. "Meet Joe Black" on Feb 13th... This is getting weirder...

I hope so, it would be great. But I will wait for more official news (but it is intrigung that they are listed along with actual release dates - and complete with cover art). Hmm, have to keep an eye on this.

hmmmm - on the site they say that 'Brazil' was out on HD DVD 1/30/07. But I can't find no information on this release anywhere else.

It is known that Universal is planning on releasing Brazil sometime soon, however I seriously doubt it has been released yet, even in Canada - perhaps at one point it was intended to be released at that point, but Universal may have pushed the dates back for some internal reason.

Again, something to watch, but lets not get too excited until there is more concete news.

Futureshop.ca has nailed a couple... but they have missed more than they've nailed. They have enough trouble entering titles which are already on their store shelves.

They also have the Matrix 1 & 2 listed as April 10. They have a cover for revolutions but it doesn't look real.

Maybe they will stock the french versions that were announced? Or they will be announced soon.

I wish it were true but don't count on it. You might as well pretend you never read this thread.

Oh boy, if Matrix 1 & 2 listed as April 10 is really true, then there's something to look forward with a BIG smile. I hope it's true!!

Well, They are expensive, so I hope if it's legit, that amazon.ca has the titles as well.

Since they are based out of Canada I assume prices are listed in Canadian Dollars which makes them a little less expensive... still probably more expensive than Amazon but if they get releases from other regions it could be worth it.
