'American Gangster' -- pre-release buzz
Universal has sent along some early specs for 'American Gangster' to prime the publicity pump.
The disc will street sometime in March, with 1080p/VC-1 video and Dolby TrueHD audio. Extras include audio commentary with director Ridley Scott, the "Fallen Empire" documentary, a featurette, deleted scenes, U-Control PIP track, and web-enabled content to be announced. The HD DVD is a combo, and retail is $39.98. We'll post an exact street date as soon as it comes in...

for christ's sake that's expensive for one movie. I got the heroes boxed set for that price. Great movie though, and I wil own it on day 1.
