    the upc is hole punched liked the five free. the isbn is 1-4157-3446-1 its a sturdy cardboard box with a overlapping flap to display the four disc specs on the bottom.

    I *sorta* have the same problem. Sky Captain doesn't work on my Xbox HD DVD player but it works perfectly on my D3. Go figure.
