Opus Arte has announced their latest ballet classic, Mendelssohn: A
Midsummer Night's Dream, is coming to HD DVD exclusively on November 20:

Specs are pretty basic, with 1080i video and uncompressed PCM 5.1 audio.

Extras are also slim, with only a cast gallery.

Retail is $39.98.

Appears to have Dolby TrueHD 2.0 and 5.1 tracks, like Die Zauberflote.

It has 5.1 Dolby TrueHD (16bit) and 2.0 Dolby TrueHD (16bit).

Video is 1080i and look quite good. It has lovely main menu background - I hope people will like it

Check it here (you have to replace aaa):

aaa.opusarte.com/pages/product.asp?ProductID=216
It will be available in USA in a month time.

Not to bring back a dead thread, but has anyone actually gotten this or Swan Lake yet. I see them on Amazon, but I just not willing to pay that price for them yet, however, I don't want them disappearing either.

Can anyone say for sure if they are worth picking up at the Amazon price?
