Default 'Kingdom' -- pre-release buzz
Universal has announced 'The Kingdom' for HD DVD release on December 26 (a Wednedsay, to avoid the Christmas holiday):

It will be a combo, and include 1080p/VC-1 video and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audio.

Extras include audio commentary with director Peter Berg, four featurettes, deleted scenes, and a U-Control-enhanced PiP track. There will also be web-enabled extras TBA.

Retail is $39.98.

Heard nothing but positive things about this flick. Think it just did meh at the box office. But a movie can still be great and not do that well at the movie theater. Cant wait to pick this one up, as well as Eastern Promises.

Great Movie, I seen it a couple weeks ago and it should look really good in HD. The only negative thing about this movie is that Jennifer Garner was in it.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. It balanced action movie and political thriller pretty darn well, plus it has teh Bateman. Those final 30 minutes are gonna be absolutely incredible in HD.

Really?! I thought Garner was one of the best things about the movie. Her fight scene was awesome. Not to mention the thought of seeing her
in 1080p...

Link is broken.

This movie was just in the theateres about 2 months ago and 4 months after its release it's coming out in HD.
