Default 'Sopranos: Season Six, Pt 2' - High-Def Digest review

Just posted Kenneth's review of 'The Sopranos: Season Six, Part Two.' He says this Blu-ray boasts a gorgeous video transfer and a robust TrueHD audio mix, but at a wallet-deflating suggested retail price of $129.95 for just eight episodes, he recommends giving this one a spin at the rental counter.

This is my favorite Tv show behind TNG and Seinfield. I traded my copy of Heroes I got free with my second HD DVD addon for this, it was well worth the trade and man oh man does it look amazing! Tony Soprano all the way.

I was very dissapointed with Season 6, the 1st half of the season was slow and with Tony in a dream like coma for most of it. I agree with the review I thought the last half of the season would be an all out war, which it wasnt the last episode where they agreed to a truce sucked and it did feel like they were trying to wrap things up as easily and quickly as they could

I cant wait for Seasons 1-5 to be released as these are the golden years, I have them all on Dvd but would love to seem them in glorious HD as this was a cracking series, its just a shame they didnt pull out the big guns for the final season

i have all the previous seasons on standard DVD. The price is a bit high for a shortened season so I think im going to go with the standard DVD again.

I wish they would release all the first 5 seasons on HD-DVD right now. I want them all and re-watch them in HD glory.

I agree with Kenneth's review of the final half a bit, but still, 2 1/2 half stars is a bit too low.
I still thought it was a great season; I would give it four stars; or three at the least.

In contrary to many i thought the ending was just perfect. It would have been cool if they made some alternate endings for the boxset though

p.s. I find it ridiculous that they sell seasons in 2 half's nowadays to make some easy cash.

Yes to make extra cash, but i think they done it so they dont pay the cast millions again for making another season.
