Default 'Seed of Chucky' - High-Def Digest review

Just popped up Peter's 'Seed of Chucky' review. He says Chucky fans won't be disappointed with this HD DVD release, with the video, audio and supplements each delivering plenty of bang for your high-def buck.

Does anybody really care about this? There are plenty of other movies that HDD could review.

It should sell 343 copies.

Wow..I would of never thought that a reviewer would give this flick a 3/5...seriously. just wow. Its pretty damn funny, but for a critic to give it a descent score is crazy..I mean he gave Smokin Aces a 2/5 and that is like a 4.5/5 in my book, and somehow he gives Chucky a 3/5..just wow.

I will most likely be picking this up as a gift for my fiance's sister for Xmas. She has the Xbox Add-on and loves cheesy horror movies.

Hopefully she enjoys it.

No, it doesn't make sense -- Universal routinely disses their big A-list titles like 'Knocked Up' and 'Evan Almighty' with no high-res audio, but a title like 'Seed of Chucky' gets a Dolby TrueHD track?

Maybe Universal are going bring out special editions of these and are hoping people will double dip? I doubt anyone would double dip for this title.

I dunno, I think it'd be pretty cool if Uni goes all out for the horror genre market. And I would consider upgrading SEED, during the next B1G1 sale. But then again my tastes are my tastes.

3 stars for "Movie Itself"?? Hmm, I can't even bring myself to watch it for the first time. The first one was hilarious, but now they are just getting ridiculous.

Maybe I'll rent this one.. or maybe not.
