If these things weren't 40 bucks and 30 minutes long each? I'd spend my monies on them.

There are some good deals on these on ebay. There is one auction going for 23 dollars for both 1 and 2 with free shipping so at 11 bux a piece not too bad.

Call me when I can get the whole set for a reasonable price. Those people at Bandai Visual are smoking crack if they think people will pay the prices they charge for their high def discs. I'll pay a little bit of a premium for some great HD anime with awesome PQ and AQ, but their prices are insane.

I may not like DBZ, but at least Funimation's putting out their DBZ Blu-Ray release at around 30-35 MSRP and Amazon has it for about 20-25.

I hate this computer-generated bullshit. It looks goofy as hell with the artstyle.

I watched the first one, and I guess I'll watch the others to see where they go (thanks to Netflix), but I sure as fuck am not paying these ridiculous prices.

The Price on these titles is just plain god-awful.

I really want these too... I just got tekkonkinkreet and loved it (39.99 at borders, which sucks for a price but absolutely jack stores had it..)

Sigh.. I really do want freedom 1/2

What makes it worse is that the series is filled with product-placement, essentially making it one big (albeit, well made) ad.

With those prices, it looks like this one is exclusively for the enjoyment of imbeciles and pirates.
