I'll skip this one. It started off OK, but then it bored the hell out of me.

It this announcement right that number 2 is getting released theatrically in January 2008 in the US?

Its been available in the UK/Ireland on dvd for the last 2/3 months at least. Nathan Fillon (Firefly) & Katee Sackhoff (BSG) are in it. Its more of a straight horror this time and mile better than the first one IMO

I gotta say I love all the announcements coming lately from Universal and Paramount, they're really starting to step up regardless of what titles they release it's a good thing for HD DVD

I thought the original was ok but felt the ending was a bit crap.

Rented this out purely for Fillon & Sackhoff, being the main stars of 2 of my all time favourite shows, which is the same reason I got out The Butterfly Effect 2 (Erica Durance/Lois form Smallville)

Both are passible tosh, helped in no small part by my liking of the actors involved (though not nathan fillon in that way!!!) but Im sure there are many who will think they are both utter crap and I wouldnt argue with them.

I wasn't a huge fan of the movie. But I could see myself picking it up for the TrueHD soundtrack. Horror movies deserve that type of sound.

Shortly after Universal announced White Noise on HD DVD earlier this week, it has now indicated that White Noise 2 will also be available to own in high-definition exclusively on HD DVD. This will be a HD DVD/DVD Combo release priced at $39.98 SRP and should be expected to arrive at retail before 1st quarter of 2008 ends.

Extras include deleted scenes and featurettes/documentaries - The Making of White Noise 2, Journey into Madness & Exploring Near-Death Experience. This HD DVD also contains web-enabled features that allows you to get connected to download exclusive content, trailers and updates directly to your HD DVD player
