Default 'Inside Man' -- pre-release buzz
Universal is finally bringing Spike Lee's 'Inside Man' to HD DVD this fall:

The disc is due October 23, and includes all the same extras as the standard-def DVD. Tech specs include Universal's usual 1080p/VC-1 transfer and Dolby TrueHD and Plus 5.1 surround tracks.

One of Spike Lee's better movies in years IMO.

And I had completely forgotten this was a Universal film, but I was wondering why it wasn't released in HD yet though, since it was pretty new when both formats came out.

I really thought Universal would release it a few months after the DVD.

One of my favorites, another fine work from Denzel Washington.

yep waiting for this one from a long time.........well i am new here and a hd dvd supporter.....i have a ps3 too....but i want hd dvd to prevail in the war...

I have this in HD on my DVR. I guess I better watch it.

What channel did you get it off that plays it in HD?

Love this film, definately picking this one up.

Slowly building up my Denzel collection, fingers crossed for 'Man on Fire' to come out on Blu-ray soon. But coming from Fox, that might be a while.

I know! When Fox announced at CES that it was coming out, I was so happy... come May, and nothing. My number 1 anticipated HD movie, and Fox screws it over.

Yeah, I expedited buying a BD player because Fox announced it was coming in May. Hopefully they will get theirr act together soon because I would like to watch MAN ON FIRE again. Ditto, Disney with Crimson Tide.
