If you chose super free saver shipping or whatever, then yes. If you have Amazon Prime - I'd say no. They seem to purposefully delay shipment for choosing free shipping, I'd bet if you paid for 3-5 day shipping that estimate would move to next week (as would the deliver estimate I'd wager). Just a guess, but the wait does stink. Maybe you'll be lucky and they're overestimating the date and it'll actually ship out sooner, it's happened to me many times before in the past.

Having over 140 titles at (mostly) bargain prices, I am "winning" regardless of Toshiba's loss (I'm enjoying high-def movies at bargain pricing).

picked up Constantine unopened from a local used book store. they had a big chunk of HD-DVD's but only Chronicles of Riddick looked any good so I didnt buy anymore.
